EAL7+ Certified Data Diodes and Cross Domain Gateways

Arbit Cyber Defence Systems is a Danish manufacturer of cross domain solutions, founded in 2006 and based in Hvidovre. It built and introduced its first data diode in 2008 and now produces a full range of certified hardware for organisations running separated high-security and classified networks, including defence and intelligence organisations and critical infrastructure operators. The company has signed a strategic agreement with Leonardo to develop cross domain solutions for EU and NATO multi-domain operations.

The Arbit Data Diode 10 GbE moves data one way, from an open network into a closed one, using separate pitcher and catcher servers joined by a fibre optic link, so a return path is physically absent rather than blocked in software. It carries up to 64 data channels and 24 streaming channels, handles SMTP, SMB, NTP, FTP and SFTP, NFS, REST, UDP and TCP, and SCADA/104 industrial traffic, and limits file size only by available disk.

Exporting data the other way is handled by the Arbit TRUST Gateway, which chains two diodes in series around an isolated VOID network, authenticates the data source, and blocks piggybacked content; configuration is held read-only, so a reboot restores an approved state. It supports two-factor authentication, NATO releasing and clearing officer workflows, and open APIs in C++ and Java for custom content verifiers. A ruggedised C4ISTAR variant adds OPSWAT MetaDefender scanning for field deployment.
