AI-Generated Security Awareness Training and Multi-Channel Phishing Simulation

AironWorks sells AI-driven cybersecurity awareness training to enterprises that need to reduce human risk at scale. The company operates as AironWorks Co., Ltd. from Toranomon in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and markets itself in both Japanese and English. Its own site states that more than 500 organizations covering over 500,000 employees use the platform, and the customer logo wall names Asahi, Mitsubishi Electric, SoftBank, AEON and LegalOn Technologies, skewing the buyer profile toward large Japanese enterprises and their global operations.

Programs begin with a plain-language prompt rather than a course catalog. An administrator describes headcount and team composition, the desired simulation frequency, which attack vectors to exercise, and the kind of educational material wanted. The AI then generates matching simulations and content, launches campaigns, distributes lessons, collects employee responses and feedback, analyzes results, and produces custom reports. Simulations span email, SMS, social, web, voice and deepfake formats, while learning material is delivered as short videos, presentations, surveys and other interactive formats.

Two things separate the approach from conventional awareness vendors. Content is generated on demand against a customer's actual profile instead of licensed from a large library of mostly irrelevant modules, and a real-time intelligence layer continuously studies the organization alongside current threats and industry standards so material does not go stale. A second product surface, an AI assistant attached to a reported-emails dashboard, gives employees and analysts instant risk analysis on suspicious mail. The vendor claims up to 90 percent average improvement in employee performance.
